The Coaching Process for individuals or groups typically lasts for a minimum of 3 to 4 months. During that time clients discover and develop new ways of thinking, which leads to new effective behaviors. Since our results are based on our actions, this is a certain way to maximize your success.
Sessions last from one to two hours and consist of developing an action plan to determine where you are now and a process for setting goals as a road map to where you want to be. Also, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to see that plan through to completion.
Most important is an emphasis on implementing and building success habits and attitudes which combined with the goal achievement process will definitely increase your chances of creating any results that you want.
